Job Description:
Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in achieving sales targets and growing our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
– Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
– Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support overall business objectives
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
