The Product Owner for TranXact APIs embeds financial services into customers’ products and create the seamless user experiences needed to drive business growth.In this role you’ll determine, evaluate, and prioritize the API roadmap by evaluating client feedback, developing internal insights, and examining external trends. - Execute the payments & information reporting API strategies based on business objectives, analytical insights, customer feedback, emerging trends, and market developments.
- Discover new opportunities to address customer needs through client sessions, journey mapping, and industry research.
- Lead the API product lifecycle from concept evaluation, user story definition, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and validate business use cases leveraging product management and industry expertise.
- Partner with sales teams to provide consultative solution support to address client needs.
- Develop and prioritize the API Product Backlog including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for API products.
- Product launch – establish a go-to-market strategy and collaborate with our product marketing and sales teams to successfully launch new features while effectively communicating product benefits to the market to drive.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to inform product decisions, identify trends, and improvement opportunities.

- Participate in Agile cadences to support cross-functional teams in delivering APIs including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-Ups, and Retrospectives
