The Manager of Digital Acquisition Marketing Strategy leads the development and execution of the acquisition marketing strategy and campaigns for Scotiabank’s Investments products and plans. Working in close collaboration with internal partners and external agencies, you will champion our go-to-market process and strategize, implement, and track the performance of our digital marketing campaigns.
What you will do:
- Work with internal and external partners to brief, develop, execute, measure and optimize the creative and media for campaigns to drive acquisition of Scotiabank’s Investments products through digital channels.
- Manage the following channels: social, display, search, .COM, affiliates, other paid/owned digital media and more. Execution in owned channels (email, SOL/owned, branch) may occasionally be required, but is not a primary responsibility.
- Leverage deep digital knowledge, consumer-first thinking, best-practices, data, and results-based marketing tactics to ensure our marketing is consistently breaking through and delivering business results.
- Partner and collaborate with internal marketing teams, and external agencies, to deliver against marketing strategies
- Build strong and effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Track, analyze, optimize and report on marketing campaign KPIs
- Partner with Product Marketing and Engagement Marketing teams to deliver integrated end-to-end marketing campaigns and experiences.
What you need:
- University degree or community college diploma in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant marketing and/or account management experience in the development and execution of marketing/communications programs, with an emphasis on digital marketing
- Experience managing projects in a large/matrix organization is an asset
- Experience with web-based project management tools (such as Workfront) considered an asset, but not a requirement
