Sales Manager
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mississauga
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Our client, a leading construction company in Mississauga, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
– Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
– Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
– Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
– Provide sales training and support to team members
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales process and customer satisfaction
– Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry
