Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionIn the role of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in organizational planning of the Marketing and Digital departments by leading day-to-day financial analysis and management of the planning environment. You will solidify external relationships and support Operating Managers, as well as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer, with departmental reporting and analysis. You will also take a leadership role related to our Fan Access project, and with planning activities as it pertains to our system (Oracle EPM).Support operating teams at Scotiabank Arena, Coca Cola Coliseum, and BMO Field, including:

  • Supporting the Directors and Executive team with business decisions.
  • Acting as a liaison between operators and the greater Finance team.
  • Full-year budgeting and forecasting for both cost centers and the Fan access project.
  • Act as liaison between the FP&A team and system admin team, helping to set the team up for planning cycles.
  • Take on a leadership role in managing key functions related to the planning environment.
  • Providing monthly financial analysis and reporting, along with special ad hoc requests.
  • Perform analysis related to new investments or future investments.
  • Input and review of planning data in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
  • Carry out game-day and other league reporting requirements.
  • Board of Directors reporting preparation and support.
  • Participating in special projects and other fun and exciting programs as they are presented.
