Validating and testing technical requirements to ensure that our customer needs are being completely met.What you’ll doCollaborate with our Business Analysis & Development teams to develop and execute use cases in our daily QA processes ensuring high quality of code.Communicate with project stakeholders on the status of testingProduction deployment, create new builds for various versions of our PMSOffer input into our QA practice and how it can be improvedQualificationsWhat you bringMinimum of 3 years’ experience in software testing, processes and testing toolsKnowledge of software development methodologies: SCRUM, Quality Assurance and Quality methodologies and frameworks (Application Life Cycle Management/Confluence Jira Zephyr)Reading and understanding Salesforce tickets & creating problem tickets/troubleshootingTest estimation capabilities(where applicable)Capability to learn new skills and technologies quicklyAbility to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, and negotiateAbility to plan activities and deliverables for multiple projects and ability to work efficiently a team environment;Attend meetings and demo’s (where applicable)Strong written, verbal communication and documentation skillsSQL KnowledgeUnderstanding of Kroll architecture and Kroll Pharmacy Management SystemPost-secondary education in Computer ScienceGreat-to-havesExperience as a QA analyst with data integration projectsExperience as a developerAutomated testingExperience with build processPharmacy background is a great asset for this roleSalary Range: $66,000-$98,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Job Summary

- Collaborate with Business Analysis and Development teams to execute QA processes and ensure high-quality code.
- Communicate testing status to stakeholders and manage production deployment.
- Provide input for QA practice improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in software testing.
- Familiarity with SCRUM and Quality Assurance methodologies (e.g., ALM, Confluence, Jira).
- Skills in test estimation, troubleshooting, and SQL.
- Understanding of Kroll architecture and Pharmacy Management System (PMS).
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science; pharmacy background is a plus.
