  • Steer a cross-functional team in building digital experiences for educators, students, and content creators with a focus on building our content management systems serving our audience-facing websites and mobile experiences.
  • Define the product roadmap based on the needs of our students, teachers, and content creators.
  • Effectively collaborate with counterparts in Design, Development, and Product Delivery in the creation of product that inspire and challenges the entire product team sprint-by-sprint.
  • Work with key stakeholders to influence, gain buy-in and provide counsel in order to make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions.
  • Connect with other product teams and department as needed to ensure full transparency and no surprises, keeping product stakeholders up to date with the latest on product improvements and plans
  • Act as the key product evangelist by constantly sharing how the product you build solves real world problems while conveying its vision for the future
  • Perform (internal or external) research in partnership with the UX Design team and analyze behavioral data within your product to drive strategy & roadmaps.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and collaborate with our communication and marketing partners in the creation of launch plans

What you will bring to TVO

  • Track record of driving initiatives to successful outcomes without compromising accessibility and users’ needs.
  • Expert knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and SaaS products. You have built a broad range of experiences that rely on best-in-class UX for creators and have delivered outstanding audience-facing experiences.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem including mobile platforms, app development, mobile analytics and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with API’s and mobile development frameworks.
  • Experience in agile product management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Results driven with a track record of successfully launching mobile products that drive user engagement and retention.
  • Strategic thinker who can align the product initiatives with overall company strategy.
  • A deep-rooted interest in building user-friendly and technologically solid user-centric experience for web and mobile.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or equivalent experience.
