Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 / hour

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties, including greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, and providing general administrative support to management and staff.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
– Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy and professional workspace
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Provide general administrative support to management and staff
– Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Professional and courteous demeanor
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– High school diploma or equivalent
