Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
