Description:
Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join their team in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing internal communication strategies to engage employees and promote a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute internal communication plans and strategies to support company initiatives and culture
– Create and edit content for internal communications, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and social media
– Coordinate with various departments and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives
– Manage internal communication platforms and tools, ensuring they are up to date and engaging for employees
– Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement
– Provide support for company events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
– Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
– 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field
– Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences
– Proven ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans
– Experience with internal communication platforms and tools, such as intranet, email, and social media
– Excellent project management and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
