The Systems Engineer is responsible for system engineering on a project or technical area basis, focusing on new and revised components. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Sustaining Engineering within the Engineering R&D team.
Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
– Document customer interactions and provide detailed information to the development team for issue resolution
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate support to customers

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a technical support role or similar position
– Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
