Provide actionable insights and recommendations to incumbent’s manager and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis in order to maximize business results and enable the creation of an ongoing learning loop.Collaborate with Business Lines, Channel and Acquisition/Engagement teams to profitably grow customer base. Proactively provide strategic analysis that will assist the business to optimize new & existing accounts and product mix from various channels.Work closely with marketing/business team to develop analytical and segmentation strategies that enhance customer engagement initiatives while optimizing budgets as well as margins.   • 4+ years analytical experience required including statistical analysis
  • Detailed experience in two or more of the following: SQL, SAS, Python
  • Experience accessing, compiling and analyzing large volume data into usable information utilizing Python, SAS and SQL server database programming
  • Working Knowledge of Hadoop, Big Data, Data Lake and experience in Python
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential with clients, vendors and management
  • Must be proficient with MS Office suite

  • 2+ years experience in Deposit Products i.e. GIC, Mutual Funds, Savings
  • 2+ years experience in Marketing or Risk Analytics
