The facility is operated by the International Institute for Sustainable Development—an independent think tank headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Treaty 1 territory, the traditional land of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Ojibwe-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and homeland of the Métis Nation.IISD-ELA acknowledges that its research facility is located on Treaty 3 lands, and the care of these lands during experimentation and restoration to their original state is implicit in its mission. Deloitte Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital (Web Development) to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for a web development professional with a strong foundation in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and experience using Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), combined with client-facing experience. You’ll work closely with integrated marketers and internal stakeholders to deliver web and email experiences that support business objectives across campaigns and initiatives.What will your typical day look like?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand digital marketing objectives and translate them into engaging website and email experiences.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web assets, templates, components, and workflows in AEM, ensuring alignment with brand and performance standards.
  • Build, configure, and optimize Eloqua assets (emails, landing pages, forms) to support targeted campaigns and lead management.
  • Collaborate with marketers, creative agencies, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver assets that perform at each funnel stage.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to CMS templates or email formatting.
