Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, Canada
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
– Assist customers with order placement, product information, and account inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints and issues by coordinating with internal teams and providing appropriate solutions
– Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
