By having everyone on campus together, we have been able to nurture a fantastic social and dynamic environment.About the Role:Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will act as a business partner supporting the Commercial Business Team, providing financial leadership through value added financial reporting, planning and analysis. In this role, you will work in partnership with the Business Director to accurately report and control financials and investment for the respective channel in Dyson Canada. You will be responsible for delivering resolutions to problems and executing and delivering small to medium, low complex projects.You will be located in downtown Toronto, just a few blocks from the CN Tower and steps away from some of the world’s best venues, restaurants, shops, and the underground pathSpecifically, you will be involved in-Business Partnering: Work closely with the Business Director and Commercial Business Team to deliver against annual targets by channel and support the analysis and financial impact of business strategies and initiatives.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for analyzing monthly business financial results by category and channel; prepare reports, provide commentary, and share monthly P&L results and recommend corrective actions when results fall short of business targets.Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the Building Blocks process and develop projected P&L. Track, identify, and report risks and opportunities related to promotions, gross margin, and additional costs.Risk Management: Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities; recommend mitigation options or escalate as required.Process Improvement: Identify and drive process and cost optimization opportunities within the business.Ad-hoc Analysis: Deliver timely and insightful ad-hoc analyses to guide commercial decision-makingAbout You:A dynamic, enthusiastic and collaborative professional who – 
- Has a university degree, with a finance or accounting concentration
 - Has 4+ years’ of solid experience in financial analysis and business partnering with marketing and / or sales departments in a CPG or Technology company.
 - Is able to demonstrate advanced analytical skills in MS Excel, SAP. Experience with Anaplan and Vistex is a strong asset.
 - Has a proven understanding of commercial finance
 - Strong Leadership skills
 - Is able to build strong relationships across the business
 - Works well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
 - Finds process improvements and efficiencies
 - Manages time exceptionally well, is able to balance and execute multiple priorities
 - Has high attention to detail and accuracy
 - Identifies creative solutions to business problems
