Position Overview:
The role of eComm & Digital Transformation Team Lead is focused on the Pet & Vet Channels in Canada. The lead will strategize and execute the digital transformation for eCommerce platforms, collaborating with various teams and overseeing relationships with key platforms like Amazon and Chewy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead eCommerce strategy in Pet & Vet Channels.
  • Manage relationships with Pure Play customers and develop Omni-channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of eCommerce fundamentals.
  • Analyze sales data for growth opportunities and negotiate with platform partners.
  • Support marketing efforts for Vet eCommerce and develop critical content.

Qualifications:

  • Required: MBA/BBA/Commerce degree, 5+ years in CPG sales, 3+ years in eCommerce sales, proven experience managing teams.
  • Preferred: 7+ years in eCommerce, strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital tools, and effective communication.
