- Generate progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Advise project sponsors on business case viability
- Ensure effective teamwork and high-quality project outcomes
- Guide the Finance Transformation team on project implementation
- Partner with the business technology team to align system design with business needs
- Determine business priorities and sequence execution
- Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues
- Understand project interdependencies and proactively mitigate risks
- Build strong relationships with Finance and Accounting teams
- Champion continuous improvement towards the organizations business growth goal
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- PMP designation required
- Experience with Clarity PPM is an asset
- 5+ years in Finance or IT, with 3+ years in project management leading initiatives
- Familiar with finance processes and systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in established project management practices and tools
- Detail-oriented, energetic, positive, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; effective at influencing and resolving issues
- Skilled at building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Highly organized with strong documentation skills
- Understanding of change management principles and how to effectively implement change
