The Position

You would be an integral member of Edwin team, in which you would help fuel our digital marketing and demand generation efforts. If you have experience using paid search, social media, and e-commerce/CRM platforms, to identify, engage, nurture, and convert customers – we want you on our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demand Gen – Develop, monitor and optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategy to meet online sales objectives. Manage, track and optimize email communications to maintain customer relationships and maximize acquisition funnel.
  • Ad Optimization – Assist in optimization of paid ads across social, search, & display channels to efforts to maximize customer engagement, while reducing cost-per-acquisition.
  • Content – Create content for varying channels and tools including social media, websites, headlines, sales, and marketing collaterals to support customer acquisition goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Create performance reporting environment, set up automated reporting dashboards, customer acquisition funnels, and ad-hoc reports as needed. Monitor analytical performance of campaigns in efforts to optimize customer acquisition & conversion activities.

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Multi-channel digital marketing experience working with paid media, e-commerce, seo, social media.
  • Understanding and experience working with Google Analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics required.
  • Data driven, process and KPI oriented mentality. Able to regularly hit targets
  • Experience using a CRM to manage customer information.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized multi-tasker, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Marketing automation experience is an asset

This role sits within the Marketing department, reporting to the Director, Demand Generation.


Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Drive innovative programs that stand out in the B2B EHSQ (Environment/ESG, Health & Safety and Quality) marketplace with laser focus on driving quality leads that generate a steady flow into the pipeline
  • Manage multiple campaigns at once, while keeping all of your stakeholders updated and informed
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, and the content team to create alignment and gather requirements to build marketing campaign plans to support pipeline targets
  • Develop multi-channel integrated campaigns including 3rd party programs, field or virtual events, vertical programs, webinars, etc.
  • Facilitate marketing campaign prioritization in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and develop a consistent planning and campaign management process.
  • Maintain and communicate a calendar of demand generation programs to provide transparency for and create alignment with key stakeholders
  • Closely align with sales to communicate demand gen goals and tactics to measure lead quality and track marketing’s contribution to pipeline
  • Work with Product Marketing to accurately target personas, bringing the right message to market to drive brand and engagement
  • Manage day-to-day communication with extended marketing team to drive projects to completion, following up with post mortem results on an ongoing basis
  • Keep abreast of the daily pacing and performance of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and meet expected KPIs
  • Track and scrutinize pipeline sources from your marketing campaigns from lead creation to revenue and analyze information to improve decision making
  • Improve results through continuous testing and refinement strategies
  • Track the ROI on campaigns to make informed recommendations for future initiatives/planning
  • Manage vendor / third party relationships

  • Understanding of demand gen best practices, including mapping programs to the prospect and customer journey
  • Solid background in lead and demand generation, and full-funnel marketing – inbound marketing, search engine marketing, content marketing and analytics
  • Firm understanding of lead and demand gen tactics across marketing channels
  • Strong storytelling with exceptional writing capabilities to create compelling copy for e-mails, landing pages, and other communication vehicles
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and multiple stakeholders

The VP of Marketing is responsible for all marketing across eCivis and Questica. Job Description

Points is looking for a Manager, Media Demand Generation to join our team for a permanent position in our downtown Toronto office.

The Manager, Media Demand Generation will be responsible for all paid media buying and marketing activity on multiple worldwide Travel Loyalty Partner accounts supporting Points primary products.

Reporting to Senior Manager, MDG, the person will be responsible for:

  • Prepare MDG campaign media plan and briefs, leveraging experience across Partners for optimal channel selection, targeting strategy and maximize overall effectiveness
  • Media Buying: Hands on media campaign setup across multiple digital paid media channels (including social, display, native, programmatic, video) and working with agencies (SEM, Affiliate) to ensure media is delivered on time with high quality, and campaign performance targets are met or exceeded. Use of first and third-party data and segmentation to reach desired target audiences is an important part of this function.
  • Frequent monitoring & optimization and post-campaign analysis of MDG campaign media performance to maximize campaign revenue and improve MDG campaign budget efficiency.
  • Ongoing review of additional demand generation activities and channels, plus responsibility identifying media and targeting growth opportunities across new/existing channels for Partners under management.
  • Financial Management: Responsibility for day-to-day budget and financial management activity for MDG campaigns across multiple media channels for Partners under management.
  • Ongoing communication with internal and external creative and account teams to align to larger Marketing campaign goals, and ensure creation of required media ad units and copy.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years hands-on experience with paid digital media channel campaign buying and planning, setup, ongoing optimization, measurement & testing. Candidates should have experience with a selection of programmatic display, social, affiliate, and Search media channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Experience leveraging first and/or third-party data sets to effectively target media audiences, combined with broader media targeting sets.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop, track and improve key performance metrics, including cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale optimization with a strong focus on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROI.
  • Proven experience with campaign budgets, departmental/group budgets, and working with Financial/Accounting teams.

Your Role: Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Marketing Manager to join the CrowdRiff Marketing Team.
