Job DescriptionAs the Director of Growth, you will be responsible for Vention’s digital lead generation and qualification activities. Optimizing for pipeline generation, you will be entrusted with a sizable paid marketing budget that will be allocated across a portfolio of campaigns and channels. In this highly technical role, you will also maintain and improve Vention’s growth stack, related data architecture and business logics and algorithm.More specifically you will:
- Develop and execute Vention lead acquisition strategy for performance marketing and organic/SEO channels
- Manage a team of senior performance marketers, creating operating drumbeat, experiment cadences and learning feedback loop
- Allocate paid marketing spend to maximize pipeline creation, in line with Vention’s business strategy and priorities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of paid campaign performance through deep analytical scrutiny and real-time reporting
- Ensure a proper distribution of leads between sales motions, territories and product groups
- Optimize traffic-to-lead conversions, working closely with the web team to improve the user signup flow through A/B testing and detailed analytics of the user journey.
- Leverage behavioral analytics to shape retargeting ad campaign strategy aimed at revitalizing existing user engagement and sale conversion
- Build and maintain Vention’s attribution model to guide decision-making about future spend allocation
- Maintain and improve data architecture of the growth stack, from paid campaign, to cohort monitoring, to CRM workflows.
- Maintain and optimize CRM data architecture and processes to improve the sales team’s efficiency and improve customer data analysis and segmentation
- Ensure proper integrations and data integrity between all go-to-market related tools, including CRM, email marketing, calendaring, structured outreach, enablement, and more
- Maintain and improve business logic and algorithm for lead scoring, grading and routing, with intent to maximize pipeline creation
- Work collaboratively with Sales Operations to ensure common definition and process flow between paid marketing and account executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering, data science, mathematics or economics
- 8-10 years of experience managing paid marketing across various platforms and channel (i.e. Google, Youtube, Linkedin & others)
- Skilled in data and system architecture in the context of growth stack (i.e., Salesforces, Snowflake, PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Proven expertise in CRM management with deep knowledge of CRM data structure and best practices, including certifications for Salesforce administration (SCA, SCAA)
- Track record or managing external marketing spend in excess of $5M
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM mechanisms and a track record of successful implementation
