  • Management of sales campaigns and dashboards in Salesforce/KORE. Create sales opportunities within campaigns for business development representatives to maintain or generate revenue.
  • Create workflows, processes, and validation rules to aid in business process. Create automation for repeating database tasks.
  • Responsible for the efficient capture, maintenance, hygiene, and integrity of SSE data.
  • Leverage all potential data capture channels via contests, website, email, events, and surveys to support strategies to continually grow the Senators CRM and move leads from prospect to purchase to loyalty..
