Your role will involve pinpointing and engaging with target audiences, deriving relevant insights and in collaboration with the performance team, assessing the effectiveness of the campaigns.ResponsibilitiesMedia 360 Planning
- Collect and analyze market data to extract relevant insights
- Research & Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
- Determine the optimal media mix for our campaigns (online and offline)
- Optimize advertising campaigns
- Allocate budgets and monitor costs
- Stay updated on media trends both online and offline (TV/Streaming, Radio/Audio, OOH, Programmatic, Social + more), always keeping abreast of new media
- Evaluate the success of media plans and campaigns
- Collaborate with clients from Toronto and Montreal as well as their creative agencies, work closely with the digital performance and 360 strategy teams in Toronto and Montreal
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in media planning across all media channels, both online and offline, as well as in managing media creativity projects
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in communication, marketing, or a related field
- Intermediate level in planning tools (Vividata, Comscore, NLogic, etc.)
- Foundational knowledge of SEM, programmatic and social media buying/planning
- Familiarity with using MMM is an asset
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an asset
- Experience in the retail, food, and CPG sectors (asset)
