  • Manage a team of 2 staff carrying out the above responsibilities. Handle the day-to-day leadership and performance of the team. This includes: identifying goals and objectives management, and professional development and coaching for strong performance.
  • Support SigniFI Enterprise Technology changes (Anaplan, IBP, AFO)
  • This role is also responsible for developing strong business partnerships with key cross-functional areas and other finance groups (NA Pharm and Global Services).
  • This opportunity is based in Toronto with J&J Flex expectations (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Education:

  • University Bachelors or equivalent degree, coupled with qualified accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)

Experience and Skills:

  • 5 years of progressive & diverse experience within several finance & accounting related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead & manage a team of finance professionals.
  • Customer focused business partner with proven ability to successfully partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
