  • Develop a Kanban system for parts inventory.
  • Organize parts to make inventory counts more efficient.
  • Place tools in a manner that makes them easily accessible and identifiable when something is missing.
  • Order necessary materials.
  • Perform training as necessary on new procedures.
  • Complete a time study to determine productive and downtime of sort lines.
  • Analyze results, develop, and implement an action plan to achieve desired results.

  • Data collection, preparation, and analysis for process monitoring and elimination of recurring issues
  • Gather data from various sources and streamline data collection methods
  • Organize the data to ensure data is accurate and consistent across sources and meet analytics requirements
  • Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, trends, and relationships
  • Create visual presentations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable

Training and Development

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts in developing training materials

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
