As a student at PCL, you will get the opportunity for challenging work assignments in a supportive work environment which promotes personal and professional growth.We are seeking an Integrated Construction Technology Student for our Ottawa District, within our Canadian Buildings Division, that are available for 4 months from September 2025 – December 2025.Here’s how an Integrated Construction Technology Student for our Ottawa office contributes to our team:Responsibilities

• Completing key plan development for construction schedules and site layout documents which can include but is not limited to: site safety, site access, site trailers, temporary electricity, hoist access, crane swing, and demolition.
• Becoming familiar with building information modeling (BIM) software such as Revit, Navisworks, Enscape, Fuzor, and Lumion.
• Becoming familiar with scheduling & 4D scheduling programs like P6 and Synchro.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree or diploma in architectural technology or a related field.
• A strong desire to work in a construction environment.
• Good working knowledge of Revit.
• Application of various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
• Prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
