The Special Projects Manager at the Coalition is responsible for overseeing domestic campaigns, managing operational logistics, and ensuring campaign effectiveness. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree and certification in Project Management.
Title: Store Manager
Location: Brampton, ON
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
Our client, a leading retail company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee their Brampton location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
– Coordinate with head office and other branches to ensure consistent brand image and product availability
– Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service
– Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
