Our Sales and Marketing Generalist – Client Services team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell clients brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate their pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Global Client Listening Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the strategy, development, alignment and execution of client listening best practices to enable and upskill our global clients and territory client listening teams
- Relationship management and collaboration skills, and the ability to drive consensus and collaboration across multiple channels, organizations and leaders
- Working with the business to influence how the practice drives client listening best practices with long-term impact to the firm
- Understanding and expertise across client listening and feedback collection, including change management, programme design, client experience management in a B2B context
- Aggregating and sharing from territory experiences, best-in-class and share with network support client listening initiative
- Developing and sharing client listening guidelines and templates; best-in-class insights and reporting
- Identifying and sharing insights and learnings to enhance client relationship, marketing, and sales activities
- Drafting communications, messaging, tracking and reporting associated with client listening
- Managing and updating the CL-dedicated knowledge sites (eg. Sharepoint)
- Contributing to agendas for team calls (e.g CL Leadership Team)
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the GMO to ensure programme success (e.g Digital Experience)
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
- Experience of a B2B or B2C Marketing and Sales environment
- Client experience metrics (eg. CSAT) knowledge, reporting and analysis of trends and themes
- Salesforce and Qualtrics platforms (or similar) and how they are used to drive leading client listening practices across a global network
- Client listening in day-to-day operations, as well as advising territories
- Project management skills and effectively prioritizing/managing time to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build and manage relationships across other marketing functions
- Understanding of high level of client services, modeled through ability to develop work approach, project plans and communications to meet/exceed client requirements and establish and confirm maximum impact/outcomes
- Managing budgets, and collecting and analyzing data to communicate ROI/impact
- Modern marketing and sales theories and applicability to professional services firms, including CRM and marketing automation principles
- Marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, brand, strategic marketing, integrated content and digital marketing in a B2B context
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
