As a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Consultant, you’ll work alongside talented Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Strategists to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. ● Design, develop, and deploy ML systems that meet production requirements and deliver business value.
● Select and optimize datasets, feature engineering processes, and data representation methods to enhance model performance.
● Manage and refine end-to-end ML pipelines, overseeing algorithm selection, production deployment, and continuous improvement to maximize ROI.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and design impactful, data-driven solutions.
● Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and external Data Science communities to develop innovative, scalable AI products.
● Communicate complex insights clearly and concisely to Director-level stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business strategies.
● Continuously monitor and refine AI models and processes for optimization, accuracy, and business impact.QualificationsWhat You Bring:● 5+ years of experience in data-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on ML/LLMs.
● Hands-on experience with ML/LLM frameworks, platforms, and tools, especially on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
● Proficiency in Python development with experience using GitHub and other version control tools.
● Solid understanding of the AI and software development lifecycle, from prototyping to production deployment.
● Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
● A collaborative, innovative mindset with a natural curiosity and eagerness to experiment with new technologies.
● Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders, define advanced data science requirements, and deliver impactful presentations.Great-to-Haves:● A Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
● Google Professional ML Engineering Certification or equivalent credentials.
● Familiarity with LLM tools such as Gemini, Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain etc.
● Data visualization expertise with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
● Experience with Pulumi and working in agile environments and team-based software development workflows (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com).Salary Range: $104,000-$156,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
