Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

• Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits enrollment and administration, providing clients and their employees with knowledgeable support regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

• Client Engagement: Utilize various communication channels—including telephone, direct mail, seminars, and client visits—to foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate in local marketing programs to promote our services, educate clients, and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.

• Problem-solving: Address and resolve any payroll or benefits-related issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting payroll and benefits; recommend enhancements to our digital solutions and advisory services to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of HR technology and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
