  • Define and lead agile delivery practices tailored to data and AI use case delivery, including completing intake gating, delivery sprints, quality assurance, and post-deployment impact tracking.
  • Ensure use cases are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with platform capabilities, governance standards, and enterprise architecture.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track delivery throughput, reusability, and business values.
