- Customer Service: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, managing reviews, and handling returns or issues related to marketplace transactions.
- Market Research: Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support the development of marketplace strategies.
- Project Coordination: Support the coordination of special projects and promotional campaigns, including the setup and execution of sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining internal documentation, SOP and email template creation, Account management & Escalation, Order management, tracking inventory levels, and updating marketplace schedules.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce operations. Experience with data analysis tools or content management systems is a plus.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
