- Support the StartRight team through various administrative and patient-focused activities.
- Contributing to other Training, Marketing, Digital and Reimbursement projects as required.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (may include the following and other duties may be assigned):
- This is a temporary position.
- Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
- Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
- Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
- Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Assist the StartRight team through various activities including patient calls, inbox management, training documentation in Salesforce, trainer invoice processing, etc.
- Contribute to other Training, Marketing, Digital and Reimbursement team projects including document review/creation, data entry, presentation editing, etc.
