Position Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.   • Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
  • Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
  • Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
  • Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets

  • Ability to manage and scale a book of business greater than 20 accounts
