This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the long-term success of strategic partnerships.The Business Development Specialist – OEM reports to the Business Line Manager CTS Sales and MarketingThis position can be based anywhere in Canada but preferably in Ontario.The main activities you’ll take care of

  • Identify and target new OEM opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and aligning solutions to address their challenges.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape within the OEM space.

  • Drive account expansion strategies by identifying won opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Provide training and competency development on products and services.
  • Managing the day-to-day sales activities and planning through CRM tool.
