You will be instrumental in ensuring cross-functional alignment, driving strategic innovation, and contributing to thought leadership in health outcomes.The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare and payer landscape and strong skills in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic recommendations and insights.Responsibilities:
- Support the development, evolution and execution of the enterprise-wide vision and mandate for health outcomes, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, prioritize, and execute an enterprise-wide health outcomes roadmap, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are met.
- Support data discovery and analysis efforts to derive actionable insights that enhance outcomes and optimize health interventions, while simultaneously improving value for plan sponsors.
- Lead the publication and ownership of reporting on enterprise-wide health outcome measures and business metrics to diverse stakeholders.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance health outcomes strategies based on stakeholder input and market trends. Leverage feedback and trends to drive strategic innovation, product development, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to craft compelling internal and external content, including the development of thought leadership materials for external audiences.
- Develop and present strategic materials to senior management.
- Provide thought leadership in the health outcomes and measurement space, becoming the subject matter expert on key players, industry trends, policy changes, and best practices to continuously refine health outcomes initiatives and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in healthcare analytics and/or healthcare strategy.
- University degree required; MBA or MS in Healthcare Analytics strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex strategic projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in gathering, structuring, and presenting data analysis, with experience collaborating with Data Science teams to generate actionable insights.
- Ability to effectively tell stories with data, creating compelling narratives that drive action and communicate complex information in an understandable way.
- Skill in creating impactful presentations that clearly convey data insights and health outcomes to diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, consistently delivering on project deliverables in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and strategic objectives specific to healthcare systems and health outcomes, including familiarity with outcome methodologies and frameworks.
