- Own and execute outbound motion across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, with a focus on CFOs, controllers, and operators.

- Design and test campaigns that cut through the noise—building infrastructure around personalization, sequencing, and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with AEs to qualify and pass warm leads, improve pipeline quality, and refine ICP alignment.
- Create and maintain clean, organized systems with strong data hygiene and reporting practices.
- Experiment and iterate using metrics, feedback loops, and tooling to constantly improve demo volume and quality.
- Represent Pluvo at industry events and in client meetings with confidence and professionalism.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of booking meetings and building pipeline across multi-channel strategies
- Technically adept—can independently build workflows in Zapier, leverage AI tools, and troubleshoot outbound infrastructure
- Strong experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and related GTM tools
- Strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership environment
- Able to speak credibly with finance and operations leaders about financial planning needs
- Based in Canada with flexibility to travel for key events and team meetings
