  • Serve as day-to-day technical platform consultant for cross-functional teams and business units such as Sales, Professional Services, Finance etc.

  • Determine when to use declarative versus programmatic methods adhering to industry best practices

  • Peer review, perform QA checks and ensure that configurations maintain standards, integrity and reliability of Salesforce and integrated applications.

Required Experience:

  • University degree or College diploma
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification

The Consultant will be diligent, customer focused, agile, transparent and a strong communicator. This individual will build relationships with our customers to become the trusted advisor and counsel them on our solutions and recommended business practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for single resource delivery of small to mid-sized projects with low to medium complexity. From planning to go live, through post go live and closure, you will work independently to guide our clients through their implementation experience as the sole resource. The applicant should expect up to 30% on site travel to customer sites and regional meetings.The Consultant (Rapid Services) will report to the Manager, Professional Services.The Role:Consultant (Rapid Services) are primarily responsible for single resources delivery of Pharmacy Products including Pharmacy Transitions and QuickMAR. From planning to go live, you will work independently to guide our clients through their implementation experience as the sole resource.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:

  • Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects.

Experience:
