  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and all campaigns are executed within financial parameters

Vendor & Partner Leadership:

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for print vendors, third-party agencies, and external brand partners
  • Lead the strategic marketing direction of the Brands Program (e.g., Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Disney), ensuring vendor partnerships drive incremental sales and brand equity
  • Partner with the Manager of Retail Integration and grocery enterprise stakeholders to scale vendor- and category-driven initiatives, providing high-level guidance and direction while the manager contributes to strategy and drives execution.
  • Present, negotiate, and sell marketing packages to vendors and partners, clearly communicating the value proposition and ROI.

Team Leadership:
