The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The primary duties of the role include handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
