Reporting to the Director of Digital Distribution & Sales, the Analyst will lead the execution of mass and targeted digital marketing campaigns to increase digital sales and client engagement. How You’ll Succeed

Collaboration & Communication – Work with business partners to execute mass and targeted digital marketing campaigns on digital channels, including Simplii.com, online banking, mobile banking, and email, to increase revenue and deepen relationships with clients. Lead meetings to align on campaign objectives, targeting, digital channel tactics, client journeys, content, and timelines Oversee development, testing, and deployment of digital campaign communications. Providing feedback – Provide recommendations based on best practices, past performance, and A/B testing to deliver strong campaign results and optimal client experiences. Organize feedback and campaign retrospectives with stakeholders and ensure identified optimizations and best practices are shared to improve overall campaign execution

Identify and implement – Identify email best practices and efficiencies to increase email response rates, improve time to market, and increase email frequency

Track & Assess Performance- Track digital marketing campaigns and lead prioritization discussions with stakeholders for alignment on campaign roadmap. Assess digital sales performance for digital campaigns and communicate campaign launch details to partners

Cross-Functional Relationships -Create and manage functional relationships with Simplii teams, including Simplii Product & Growth teams, Optimization team, and Analytics & Insights team to ensure campaigns meet growth objectives and product goals.
