Title: Call Centre Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18-$22 per hour
We are currently seeking a Call Centre Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
– Providing information and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system
– Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
