Job description: We are Systematix and we seek the following for our client:Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote with occasional office visits (once per month)
Duration: 6 months to start – extension likely based on performance
Employment Type: Contract/Full-TimeAbout the ProjectWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on working with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of tools and systems that optimize business processes.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with APIs, data mapping, and familiarity with platforms like Mulesoft, Salesforce, and Conga. This role requires a proactive communicator and problem solver who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business units to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for various systems and integrations.
• Design, document, and implement data mapping solutions between systems.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of API functionality and integration techniques to support business processes.
• Work closely with developers to design and test integration flows.
• Support Salesforce customization and configuration efforts to meet business needs.
• Oversee and contribute to the implementation of Conga solutions, including template development and contract lifecycle management.
• Conduct process analysis and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform testing (UAT), validation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment of new features and integrations.
• Provide training and support to internal users on new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or related role, with demonstrable experience in:
• Working with APIs and integration projects.
• Data mapping and transformations across multiple systems.
• Mulesoft and/or Salesforce experience
• Some experience with Conga is an asset.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with internal customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and user adoption.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools is an asset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce and integration tools.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Certification in Salesforce, Mulesoft, or Conga is a plus.
