Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Manager to join our team and drive the alignment between our Sales, Marketing, and Reservations departments. This role is essential in optimizing performance and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will harness analytical skills and strategic thinking to implement effective pricing strategies and inventory management practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive goals and strategies, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that drives revenue growth.

Pricing Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of short- and long-term pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and attractiveness in the market.

Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to maximize revenue opportunities while minimizing excess.

Revenue Meetings: Lead regular revenue meetings to analyze performance trends, discuss strategies, and adjust tactics as necessary to meet targets.

Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize overall business performance.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions and ensure optimal positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, including pricing strategy and inventory control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
