Job Description:

Apex City Construction is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors to the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
– Maintain office filing and storage systems
– Provide administrative support to management and other staff
– Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Detail-oriented and able to work independently
