  • Manage a well stablished electrical BIM Revit 3D Modelers with technical, resourcing and design quality.
  • Hands on manager with deep technical involvement with project setup, design, some calculation and implementation from proposal to construction.

  • Works closely with BIM Coordinators to manage the design coordination, clash detection and integration tools.
  • Reinforcing the use of standardized annotation, templates, and SharePoint resources.
  • Lead asset management setup and QA/QC procedure.
  • Build, lead, and manage multidisciplinary teams for large projects and / or tasks to provide 3D modeling services to mechanical, electrical engineering, and lighting departments.
  • Lead, develop and empower a diverse group of professionals and technical support staff.
  • Close cooperation with Discipline Leads including Mechanical, Electrical, and Lighting Managers.
  • Some involvement with proposals and pursuits, technical leadership, financial & technical project management, assisting the Team Leadership with business development, financial, budget, work forecast, hiring, and team performance review.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • 5+ years of experience with BIM Revit 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, and MicroStation software in Buildings projects including but not limited to Transportation, Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Hospitality, etc. projects.
  • Minimum a Technician or Technologist degree (OACETT/CET/CIT) in engineering or architectural fields.

B.Sc. degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural is a plus. * Ample of experience with different type of projects including but not limited to Design Bid Build (DBB), Design Build (DB/F/M/O), P3, and Alliance Delivery in mega projects.

  • Minimum 5+ years of managing and mentoring technical staff, with some financial background.
  • Complete familiarity with Buildings mechanical and electrical engineering including but not limited to: l

ow voltage power distribution, bounding & grounding, communication, lighting, lighting control, lightening protection, fire alarm system (FAS), public annunciation (PA), equipment schedules, electrical schematic, and flow diagrams; * Fair and unbiased leadership, strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and teamwork skills to deal with internal / external clients, project managers (PM) and M&E engineers.

  • Previous success in customer service, client management and proposal/report writing.
