HR Assistant Job Description
Our company is seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant who will provide administrative support to the human resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The HR Assistant will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities. In addition, this role will involve maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating training programs.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment efforts, including creating job postings, conducting candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews
– Help with onboarding new employees, including processing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
– Provide support with employee relations, including addressing any issues or concerns that arise
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system
– Process payroll and benefits information accurately and in a timely manner
– Coordinate training and development programs for employees
– Handle other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR support role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
