Title: Assistant Store Manager – Toronto
Rogers Communications Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager for our location in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
– Train and develop store staff to ensure excellence in customer care and sales performance
– Assist in managing inventory, merchandising, and product placement
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Handle escalated customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolution
– Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
– Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
– Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
– Previous retail management experience is preferred
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Excellent customer service and sales skills
– Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is an asset
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
