  • Prepare performance monitoring reports for institutional clients which includes:
  • Gathering qualitative and quantitative data from external managers, custodians and other data providers;
  • Calculate performance statistics;
  • Create and modify charts and tables;
  • Draft investment manager performance commentary;
  • Draft emails and letters in collaboration with consultants and peers;
  • Work with a variety of investment excel-based tools;
  • Peer review work performed by other analysts.
  • Prepare presentations on investment topics (e.g. investment manager selection, investment manager structure)
  • * Conduct searches for investment managers or CAP providers
  • Review and amend governance documents (e.g. statement of investment policies and procedures)
  • Support experienced analysts and consultants in all aspects of work servicing clients and prospects
  • Keep up to date about current financial events and news
  • Participate in internal seminars regarding current industry issues and technical training

  • Highly organized individual, with strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English, (French is an asset);
  • Ability to establish and form relationships;
  • Ability to multi-task, work under timelines and adapt to changing business needs;
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite: Microsoft Excel (e.g. array and look-up formulas), PowerPoint and Word;
  • Positive demeanour and a desire to participate to the success of Aon.

Education:
