- Inbound and outbound call campaigns by tower to convert customers to Xplore products and services
- Follow up on leads and opportunities as required to secure the conversion/package change (i.e., voicemails, pending close, email communication, etc.)
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly campaign targets
- Detailed accuracy in campaign reporting (i.e., CRM, SharePoint, etc.)
- Assist with planned shutdown activities to ensure customers are contacted and moved to another product to prevent loss of service.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bilingualism is an asset (French/English)
- Minimum one year customer service experience, preferably with a sales focus
- Strong sales acumen, conflict management and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Persuasive, self-driven and motivated
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage workload
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work 11am-7:30pm Atlantic Time.
