Who you are:

    • You have created content like blog posts, ebooks, infographics, guides, templates, videos, and more to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue
    • You have collaborated with growth, content and product marketing teams to build full-funnel and integrated marketing programs using paid, social, and SEO
    • You thrive at coming up with new and effective ways to engage B2B audiences through content, including ABM campaigns, custom content, and message testing
    • You use data to identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for audiences and personas in key accounts
    • You have experience creating content in multiple formats: video, podcasts, webinars, infographics, web/landing pages, and articles
    • You move seamlessly between strategy and execution
    • You are interested in and have a strong affinity for progressive, SaaS technology
    • You have strong attention to detail
    • You’re a self-starter who knows how to prioritize and problem solve
    • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress) required; knowledge of SEO keyword best practices a plus
    • You have experience working across teams in a fast-paced startup environment where there is rapid change and we are constantly pivoting to meet marketing demands
    • Familiarity with B2B-specific content strategy and execution a strong asset
    • Creating content in an ABM environment a plus Experience working in SaaS/tech environments a plus

We’re counting on you to:

    • Work with our content marketing team to develop content that generates brand awareness, drives demand, and converts intent among target audiences
    • Create content and campaigns that nurture existing prospects and customers by pushing them down the purchase or upsell path
    • Support the needs of our growth marketing team by helping strategize and execute on new ways of reaching our audiences, including ABM
    • Create and edit content across various mediums and channels to support our organizational goals, including content for sales, client services, and more
    • Keep tabs on the industry, our prospects, and clients, and use those insights to fuel and optimize content
    • Be goal and results oriented and prioritize what matters mostBe a strong communicator, writer, and editor

You will:

    • Own: Ideating, creating, iterating and publishing content for every stage of the journey, with the goal of helping us meet our campaign and ABM goals.
    • Teach: Lane’s offerings and impact to the commercial real estate world and to all office goers.
    • Learn: The entire commercial real estate landscape, developing a firm grasp on trends and advancements and competition.
    • Improve: Lane’s content to support acquisition marketing and ABM goals.
