Deloitte offers clients end-to-end services. We ADVISE clients on hard to solve challenges, we help IMPLEMENT solutions for clients, and we OPERATE some functions and activities on behalf of our clients such as cyber, application management, and tax compliance. In this role, you would be a member of the Global Operate team, working with Global businesses (Consulting, Tax & Legal, Cyber) and the network of Member Firms worldwide on positioning, branding, messaging, and market launch. This is a high growth area for Deloitte representing an $8B opportunity. As the Marketing Lead, you will define and align the businesses around the external messaging and brand and will liaise with our Analyst Relations team to build eminence. Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Global and the Deloitte Member Firms.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Defining the Operate external messaging narrative and brand positioning
  • Navigating ambiguity and driving consensus of thinking
  • Influencing and aligning senior global stakeholders
  • Being a change agent. Driving brand adoption and consistency across the service lines, geographies, member firms, and enabling areas
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal communications to align on key messages
  • Liaising with Analyst Relations to drive consistent external messaging and support Analyst responses as needed
  • Defining and running market facing campaigns
  • Providing updates to executive leadership

  • 7+ years of marketing / brand management experience for professional services
  • Understanding of the professional services markets and how to differentiate the brand
  • Brand, Marketing and Communications expertise
  • Experience in managing digital channels and marketing campaigns

  • Ability to interpret data to explain the why and identify opportunities to turn insights into action
